Can anyone recommend a good mechanic in Central Illinois? I need to find out whats going on with this blow by. I got oil leaking out of all the valve covers now. If you look real close at the valve cover gaskets you can actually see the oil moving as the air passes by the gasket. I dont think it needs rings because it doesn't seem to have lost any power.

 

I may be wrong and I hope I am but my old fishing boat needed to be rebuilt win that happened to me on my 4 cylinder ford diesel. Good luck to you. And Keep us posted.

 

Have you checked your vacuum pump? I think infidel posted that they can go bad and pressurize the crankcase and cause lots of blow-by and seal seepage.
