gears?
i just bought a new truck 95 CTD 5 speed and STOCK size tires. my question is at 60 mph the tach reads about 1750. does anyone have an answer to the gears i may have??

Sounds like you have 3.55's. If you open the hood and look at the inside of the hood you should see a build sheet ,it should tell you the gear ratio on that.

thats what i thought but its a aftermarket hood and i even looked in the glove box no build tag anywhere

definently 3.5's. I have basically the same truck, and I turn 2050@60 and have 4.10's.
