3.54/3.55 same thing. Just like some prefer saying 4.11 vs. 4.10.
Anyone know the ring/pinion teeth count is a D60/70/80?
Like on a GM a corp 14 bolt uses 10:41 for a 4.10 ratio and, IIRC, a corp 10 bolt front uses a different count to get a 4.11 ratio.

My brother's truck has 3.54's. At least according to the sticker in the glove box. I think Ford calls them 3.55's though. Just like Chevy calls them 4.11's. My Scout II has Dana axles and 3.54's...or 3.55's? hmmmmm...
