If I am looking for a little increase in power do I move the Stock fuel plate all the way forward or all the way back?

I assume you have a p-pump? That's a pretty big mod to not be in your signature. The plate should go toward the radiator for more fuel, though depending on clutch and what p-pump you have, full forward is not likely a good idea....
