what are washer / seals called that go on the bolts that attach the lines to the top of the filter housing ?

what size do i need?

Banjo bolt washers/seals

 

12mm for the ones on the filter mount. You can get them at LarryB's, Geno' Garage, or a local diesel fuel injection shop (probably). Probably also at a local Cummins distributor (that may be the highest-priced source). I suggest you find your engine serial number on gear-case data plate and register on Cummins QuickServ. It's a wealth of parts and procedures info.
