fuel addatives

with low sulfer fuels I read that an addative should be used to<br>keep the pump and other things alive, I had a Friend tell me that marvel mystery oil works well in diesels any Inputs?

Run B20 - better lubricity for the pump.<br><br>Oops - now I sound like Lightman :<br><br>DD4X4 - you running a mix yet? My P7100 pump seems to be a little quieter now. Just wondering.

I read this thing about Vegie oil being used, as the fuel, not an additive is this actually true? Does it hurt anything?

not sure what u read about the veggie oil but dont use just veggie oil do a search on bio diesel you should find lots of info..

Don't know that it will help, but I've run AMSOIL in my truck since new (talking about additives not oil). I run the cetane booster, and the fuel conditioner. Can honestly say it has or hasn't done any good, but I can tell you I haven't had any problems, a she starts right up every time. I also run there gas octain booster in our atv's and there you can tell a difference.
