flatbed wiring
flatbed wiring
put a cm flatbed on my 95,, the brake and turn signels are on the same wire on the truck, while the flat bed has a red for the brake and yellow and green for turn signals, cannot get the brake and turn signals to work right! have spent hours trying to figure this out,,anyone know how to remedy this problem??
off the yellow lights, get the red dual element inserts for the outer, stuff the red single elements on the inner.
end up with the same lights with a exta set of running lamps on back.(or wire em into the 3rd brake light and have a extra set of brake lights on back.)
I know they make a adapter for trailers that incorporate amber lens setups to a single 1157 type bulb but i have not seen go em the other way

I would try startiing at the orginal tailight harness end and work your way from there. There should be three wires for the original socket. Turn/Brake/Ground. Trace your way from them to add in the new lights.
