Final drive, NV4500 and Gear Vendors
Anyone know that final drive (trans output shaft) with an NV4500 in 5th and a Gear Venders engaged?

It would be the .75 of the NV4500 time the .78 of the GV or .585...
Its too bad the GV isn't .8 or .85 for a bigger split in direct and overdrive... as it stands on a NV4500 you get 1:1, then .78:1, then .75:1, then .58:1.. Its better on the NV5600 1:1, .78:1, .73:1, .57:1... But a .85 OD would be great.... On 4500 is would be 1:1, .85:1, .75:1, .64:1, and on a 5600 it would be 1:1, .85:1, .73:1, .62:1...
Here is a chart I made.. its based on a optimum towing rpm of 1600-2900 (which is based on my Cummins 600.. so could be very different for your 93)
If you want the excel spreadsheet let me know, then you can massage it to your truck
