Dripping oil, but only after hard boost

Hey guys, I'm having problems with crankcase pressure. Oil is being pushed through some various gaskets, but only after heavy boosting. Normal around town driving (I try to keep it under 8psi while accelerating usually, just for fuel economy) I never have any drips. Any ideas? I have no vacuum leaks.

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Have you heard of blowby under load. It is the first indication of worn rings. As load increases gasses get past the rings at a greater rate. Cummins has a load test that measures blowby volume as indications of need to overhaul. It does not cure itself without dollars and labor input. Compression in a can will not fix.

Well I've begun looking around, and it seems that my best option is to get a short block to rebuild. Are there any blocks to avoid besides the 53 block? 1st gen blocks are the same, right?

As far as I know there is only the 53 block on 24valves engines. Where exactly did you find the short block at?

It was in Texas per a friend and I called to see how much it would cost to ship it and they had already sold it. I've got a few other trees to bark up though.

I read that valve stem seals coming off can also cause excessive crank case pressure. Is this common?

Well my front valve covers are the biggest leak source, so I'll check into that then.
