Do these shift points seem correct 47RH?

Do these shift points seem correct?

1/16 throttle on flat ground:

1-2 @ 10MPH firm shift
2-3 @ 12MPH firm shift just seconds after it shifts into 2nd it hits 3rd
3-4 @ 25MPH
Lockup at 45MPH

1/4 Throttle:
1-2 @ 10MPH
2-3 @ 15MPH
3-4 @ 30MPH
lockup @ 45MPH
1/2 throttle:
1-2 @ 10MPH
2-3 @ 15MPH
3-4 @ 35MPH
Lockup @ 50MPH
3/4 to Full throttle:
1-2 @ 10mph
2-3 @20MPH
3-4 @45MPH
lockup @ Never locks up

Looks about the same as my '95 except I had the dealer reprogram the computer when the truck was new so lockup doesn't happen until 55 mph.

What size tires do you have? Mine goes into lockup at 52mph.

285's but it locks at 45MPH no matter what tires I have bolted up
