I have a 98 12v engine where the injector return line has been cut just before the filter housing. There is no longer a banjo connection. It has a hose slipped over it that has begun to leak. This is a daily driver, so I'm going a little crazy here!

What fittings are out there that will has a hose connection to that tube? AN would be nice but I'll go for anything right now. Slipping a hose over a tube doesn't seem permanent.

Edit: There is an aftermarket fuel pump with filters installed, the original filter housing is no longer there.

 

I'd go to a hydraulic shop or some place that carries compression fittings. Put a compression fitting on that goes to an 1/8" NPT thread, then you can get whatever hose you like made up.

I wish I had one of those around! I can't express how handy that would be.

 

I have replacement injector return lines but I can't track down the banjo bolt. Any help find one of those would be just as productive.
