My truck originally had a 5.9 gasser so it has Dana 60's front/rear. Will the rear Dana 60 hold up with 35" tires and approx. 350hp? Also would be upgrading to p-lok differential but I wanna make sure I'm not wasting money on a diff. if the axle can't take it?

Bet you have a 44 front............. I wouldn't trust either one at 350 Hp, the problem is not the Hp, but the ungodly Torque you will have at 350 Hp.

As long as I'm not towing heavy or sled-pulling/racing will I be all right with the rear Dana 60?

You'll be fine till it breaks. These motors put out massive amounts of torque.
