Clutch through firewall

I'm almost done with the conversion, but ran into a problem. The trans is out of a 98 for future reference. I ordered the SBC heavy duty master/slave kit for 94-97 and ran into a problem. Where the master goes into the firewall, the SBC kit has 2 prongs and my 1996 is set up for the twist-n-lock master. Did SBC send me the wrong master/slave assem? Thanks

Jim

Sounds like it. I got sent 94-97 hydraulics for my 98, and they are both the twist and lock setup. Check the part numbers.

I called SBC and they told me the bracket for the two bolts just twists off. And they were right. Kinda made me feel a little slow...
