clutch/brake pedal assembly pin

Rolling up an onramp today, clutched it and felt a problem in the pedal and it didn't immediately go into gear, drove it home ~38 miles assuming I didn't have a clutch. Got home and looked, the pin holding BOTH clutch and brake pedal assembly lost a clip ring (for lack of a better term) and slid out to the right far enough to loosen the bracket. I had just a little clutch in the last two inches or so, but not enough to completely disengage. I didn't find any of the clip/keeper on the left side of the pin. I slid it to the right farther and took the right side pin off, for a sample. Does anyone have a factory maint. manual that shows the number of this pin keeper. It is not a complete circle, but pushes on a groove of the pin, and goes just over half way around the pin.

That clip is part number 04103262, and while you are in there, might not hurt to replace both the plastic bushings the shaft rides on, part number 04294639, they can't be that much.

I lost one when I swapped out to the 5 speed and added the clutch pedal, its a common E-clip you can get at most hardware stores. I think there are some wave washers inbetween the mounts though, make sure you have all those.

Thanks guys. For future searchers dodge calls it the pivot shaft retainer. Idk that a standard 3/4" eclip is the exact size, seems a hair too thick, but that's what I used. Pin is a little loose, probably needs the bushing.
