Cheapest source for OEM TPS?
I know all about the homemade potentiometer method for replacing the TPS, but I am curious where is the cheapest common source for obtaining an original Borg-warner/Cummins/Mopar TPS?
Cummins big-rig shop wants $173,
Oh'reallys? wants $212,
and I can only guess Dodge wants the $ equivalent of the TPS's weight in GOLD.
What's your preferred cheaper source for an original style TPS?
Mine's beginning it's dance of death at ~60mph.
It did take it's own sweet time to finally die as the original unit lasted 270,000miles. Can't ask for much more than that. (about like getting 9 years out of an original 36mo car battery!)

Got word late this evening that OttoZone says they have one for $129 at a store across town.
I'll go there tomorrow and see if it is a Borg-Warner unit or a Chinese knock-off.
If chinese, I'm not interested...
But it's getting cheaper...

Make sure you pull it out of the box and have a look at it. There seems to be a glitch I've seen in a lot of the jobber parts catalogs regarding these sensors. It'll show a replacement TP sensor exists for a diesel application and at a good price. At a closer look, you may find the part number is the one for the gas engine truck (318 / 360) which doesn't interchange. Not saying this always the case, but I've seen it before.

OK, Autozone has 3 in-stock in the whole town... $129 w/lifetime(?) warranty...
I pulled it out of the box... Looks exactly like the original, AND made in USA!!
It has the Cummins Part number stamped on it (3930318) with no other identifying markings...
Duralast Part Number "TPS332" printed on the box.
I told the guy I'll be back to pick it up after payday. (unless I can find another one even cheaper!)...
