CFM elbow; anyone had problems?

CFM elbow; anyone had problems?

I've heard they can blow apart if at boost pressures above 35 PSI or so?

Are you talking about those plastic/or carbon fiber looking intake horns that bolt onto the intake?
Several of those have blown up on the dynos around here.

I dont know about several, but BD had one come apart on there dyno.

This is what it looked like,you won't catch me 500 mi south of the border with that kind of risk.
