ByPassing A/C.

I want to bypass my dead A/C unit with a new serpentine belt. What size belt would anyone one here recommend. A 64 3/8 is too short

What type of truck? For a second gen (94-98) just order a non AC belt, no measuring required.

Head and a/c barely blow out any vents in the truck

I have a 99 24 valve and whenever i put the fan on full it just barely blows heat out and when i put it on defrost the heat blows out the front vents and defrost but barely anything comes out could it be my heater core?

Possibly, but given your truck has been converted, ( I assume this is the same truck you talked about in your other post ) I would say your heater box is not switching.

Did you take the heater box from the 95 when you converted as well? The 95 would be all vacuum controlled, while the 99 would be the 98 up newer style.
