I'm going to guess your adjusters are loose. Pop the plugs out of the backing plate, and rotate the star wheels to tighten them up.

I third the above. You might also look into pulling the drums off to see if the self-adjuster parts are all working properly, and the screw turns free.

You could have a vacuum leak someplace, the booster could be what's leaking, or the vacuum pump may not be able to keep up. Use a vacuum gauge on it to further troubleshoot.
The vacuum gauge will allow you to see total vacuum, and after depressing the brakes, let you see how fast it builds back up. I imagien you also see your brake light in the dash come on also. This happens when there is insufficient vacuum in the system, signaling a braking problem.

If it's taking two pumps to get hard there's probably still some air in the system.
Bleed it it some more.

Did you purge out all the old fluid (especially if it looked like brown goop)? If youre using a vacuum bleeder maybe try doing it the old way with two people.
check the adjustment on the rears and check for low vacuum and vacuum leaks. I re-sealed my vacuum pump and it shows 28 or 29 inches of vacuum. I dont know what the limit is. Usually the plug at the booster leaks a little and the lines on the CAD and xfer case like to loosen up.

i think u guys are all a little right, i have a feeling i have a vacume leak, and i need to bleed the breaks all the way again.... it seems like one thing after another, i cant bleed the breaks untill i get new from calipers cause the bleeds are almost stripped.....

here is something as well.... my e-brake basically SUCKS.... wont hold the truck now in Drive with my foot off the break.... if i put it half way down the petal seems to be back to normal when i press it.... by normal i mean doesnt go to the floor.....like it does now.... any ideas on that?

thanks again for the help, i know my breaks ok....but i hate dealing with them cause somehow it always ends up bee'in $$$$$$ to fix lol

Main reason for poor e-brake is the rear shoes not adjusted tight enough.
This would also cause your two pump problem.
Jack both rear tires off the ground and turn the adjustment star wheel upwards while spinning the tire. When you first hear the shoes rub stop, you are done, go to the other side.
