BD Pressure lock Trans Kit?

Has anyone installed one of these kits on a stock 47RE? What were the results...anything noticeable? Considering adding one to mine for towing the RV.

Thanks for any feedback!

I heard they're pointless. The only real way to increase line pressures in the tranny is to get an upgraded valvebody or shift kit.

I put one on hoping it would help. It might have for a little while but its like putting a bandaid on an open wound. Not a cure for sure. I finally sprung for a full meal deal.

I put one in stock 96. press went from 65 to 95. I pull a 5000lb trailer and find it makes a big difference to me. Lowered my rpms on highway and in town. When I get enough money would like to get BD tc. Just my 2 cents.

Had one in my '98 and later added a valve body to allow T/C lock up in 2nd. It put considerably more torque to the wheels more quickly. Was it enough to warrant the cost? I don't know for sure. I do know that you could definately feel it in the throttle when it took hold.
