how hard is it to change from and auto 47re to 5speed nv4500
and i have a nv4500 if i whant it?

 

Not hard just timely

 

pretty simple. Pedals bolt in, transmission mounts up, master just pops in, cut a hole in the floor, and thats about it. You might have to modify the driveshaft. I personally didnt have to do that. You'll also need to fab up a trans mount. If I remember right, you'll have to add about an inch to yours. If you can get a crossmember from a 5 speed truck, just bolt it onto that instead.
