I have this annoying rattle in the front somewhere, i can really feel it in the floor under my feet on rough road. Put the truck up in the air today and everything seems tight, where do I go from here??

 

Are your bearings tight? I think mine did that when the D/S hub was going.

 

Lower shock bolts/bushings? They can feel tight but get a little play in the bushing and then they will pop on you. Feels like someone is banging your foot from underneath. You really have to torque on those bolts. Try that, and if it goes away even for a bit, you probably will have to have a new shock/shocks.

 

mine was the lower shock bolts also.

I think that you are actually compressing the two ears in toward each other against the shock. if not if will ratttle and drive one crazy.
