You can also try drilling them out with a left hand drill bit.
Often the bit will catch and turn the bolt right out.
On the one with the broken eze-out, good luck.
They're too hard to drill out.
On broken tractor and implement bolts I use a small arc welder stick and hit it to the eze-out for second. The eze-out will turn brittle with the high heat and break apart.
Be hard to do that on the AFC though.

I can't remember if those are blind bolt holes or not. I think you should avoid drilling all the way through the bolts, as you might let shavings drop in the pump. Do any of the rest of you know for sure? Good luck on the repair.
I would clean the area with some brake cleaner and put duct tape over the opening to make sure I didn't drop anything or let shavings into the pump.
Also, I've been running with just three bolts as I never bothered to replace the tamper proof bolt and it hasn't leaked yet.
Good luck.

Update!!!!!!!!!!
LOL!!!! Yes and no! I got the break off screw out and tried to drill the other one out with the easy out broke off in it but no luck! so i have 3 bolts to hold it on which that is all that was holding it on before with no leaks! But I did tap the rear hole on the selnoid bracket so i can put a bolt in it so it will push down on the afc housing. i figured with the other 2 bolts holding the selinod in place that it should be ok! what do you think? I have not started it yet cause i still have it apart as i been working alot! thats why i have not given a update. but I did get the gsk springs installed on it to! I got about 2 hours worth of work and she should be running again!
