Question Adding a Rear swaybar

My truck did not come with a rear swaybar stock. I'm just checking to see if there are ANY noticable handling improvements to be realized if I were to install one.

The truck has 180k miles with stock shocks.. Should I just put money into shocks instead?

Thanks!

Most definately - good, quality shocks (Bilstein, etc.) should go on first before you monkey with adding a sway bar.
