abs light on after motor and axel swap now no O/D?

is the O/D hooked up with the abs some how?

p.s. I tried to us search and kept getting an error.

Does your speedometer work? I know some vehicles use the rear abs sensor for the road speed input. Is yours hooked up and functional? And yes, road speed does affect OD operation.

You swapped the motor right?
Which ecm did you use? If you used the ecm from the swapped motor, did it have a manual or auto trans?

Yes, the O/D function can be effected by a brake system problem. Could be anything from an unplugged ABS sensor to a brake light switch. Certain conditions must be met for the o/d unit to engage and converter lock to occur. If the system senses a problem (or it thinks your foot is on the brake), it won't let it happen. Hell, some years wont let the RPM's climb unless your seat belt is latched... Gotta love Chrysler products.
