ABS issues
Truck details,
96 ram 3500, diesel, 2wd dually, Rear wheel ABS.
I have had brakes issues for a while. About a year ago I replaced the speed senor on the rear axle. It fixed the resolution error I had then. But even after I fixed it the brakes where spongy, no matter how much I bleed it.
I had a front bearing go out on me, the his got pretty hot. To save from future issues I rebuilt the caliber. I'm sure the high heat degrigated the seals. After I got done bleedin the brakes, they were still spongy. After I puled out the truck, I had a lot of brake fluid on the floor where the rear wheel was. So I replaced both the rear wheel cylinders. Since I was this far into it, I decided to replace the masterm cylinder. I have bleed th brakes many times over the last 3 days and brakes still suck. Now I have an ABS and BrAke light on. I tried grounding out pin 13 but I do not get flashing codes from the ABS light. This worked a year ago. I pulled the power for a few mins and have the same lights. I did notice after I press the brakes, about half way, the lights go out. This is a new issue. So I assume I have 2 items to repair, this legacy issue and this new one. Any help would be benifical. Before u flame me, I have read many post and done home work on the system. I did not find anything that explains my new issue.
Thanks in advance
