97 fuel problem?

97 fuel problem?

i have a 97 2500 12v and after it sits for 6-8 hrs i stumbles on take off, like it doesnt have enuf fuel after running 1/4 mile or so it is fine any suggestions?

Could be your idle or fuel pressure is too low.

Does it still have the fuel heater? If so, jettison the POS. It is pretty much worthless and only causes problems when it (or its seals) start to go out. It injects air into the fuel stream on the suction side. Usually it causes starting problems because it lets the fuel in the suction line drain back into the tank. Let us know what you come up with, cd

fuel

none of the seals seem bad i dont know what fuel pressure is no gage yet
