97 12v surging

97 12v surging

97 12v surging at 65 to 70 mph. It will not surge if I am accelerating. Would this be the pump, or the turbo hitting the edge of the powerband but not getting the fuel for it?

Sounds like it's starving for fuel.
Check/clean the filters, check fuel pressure.
Could be a bad overflow valve or lift pump.

do you think that the trasfer pump could be going out. since it only does it under a load
