I've got a decal under my hood that says the PCN was reflashed for 4798765. Anybody know what that is?

It may have been a reflash for the cruise control.Your motor has no computer controls on it.The computer controls the transmission lockup,overdrive and the cruise control.

 

I have been told that if I had the proper pcm that could be reflashed to raise the shift of 3 to 4 gear. Mine is a 45 miles an hour an the reflash raises it to 54 or at least higher than 45, on the 95 that I have. My pcm can not be reflashed.
I dont care for the early shift at 45 miles an hour JimK
