4X4 front end full time to part time conversion?

4X4 front end full time to part time conversion?
I've been thinking about doing this, but I'm not sure where to start. I would really like to have Dana or Warn locking hubs on my 1994 Dodge Ram! Anybody done this using new or a mix of new and used parts?
