Exclamation 47RE no downshift @ deceleration

Posted this to the Emergency help section cause to me its an emergency, but maybe readers of this section might be able to answer?

Hey everyone!
Posting this to the Emergency forum cause no truck = no job.
I drive a 97 2500 4wd with the 47re

Okay, so a couple wks. ago my fan clutch gave out and now i run about 190 degrees. Been trying to keep it gentle till i had time to fix it. Recently, as in the past week, The tranny has developed bad issues. Scanner threw p1757, which was the governor pressure.

Well, today I dropped the pan and replaced the gp solenoid and transducer. Now it UPSHIFTS perfectly (still trying to get the ATF level perfect) but on my way to the parts-house to get more fluid (and a new fan clutch) I found that once I got up to full temperature, it still won't DOWNSHIFT when decelerating. It's like the same problem I had before on the downshift side. Come off the highway and to a stop sign and it wants to still be in 3rd and I have to throw it in N (ouch!) to keep from stalling out.

What else can I do to fix the downshift on deceleration. Don't want to tear it up worse by throwing it in Neutral! BTW will downshift fine when accelerating (passing someone.) Forgot my wallet and going back to parts house soon to get that fluid and fanclutch. So if anyone knows what to do I can grab whatever parts i need.

Thank you in advance

I don't know much about automatic transmissions, so regretfully I can't help you with the issue you're experiencing, but I wanted to pipe up and let you know that there are no long or short term worries from running the truck at 190*. Good luck!

Thanks
Just that it used to always run @ 165 and I feel like it being hot like this is what burnt my tranny fluid. Otherwise it would be a heck of a coincidence...
