47RE 1996 transmission

is there a plug and play for the 47re trans outside the original truck

If your doing a conversion the 47RH might be a better option. It would be much less expensive and fewer components to have fail later.

ATS and Firepunk come to mind. I've heard good things about the firepunk from a person that has been installing them. Spendy though.
