4" vs 5" exhaust??

I would like to installal exhaust system on my 95 4x4. Is there any benefit to a 5" instead of a 4"? I dont intend on doing much but injectors eventually. I use the truck for a daily driver and tow 5K or so monthly. I was checking out City Mufflers systems here. watcha thinn??

Well i have heard the change between 3" to 4" in temp wize is pretty great but i have heard that it is not nearly the as much of a difference from 4" to 5" so i dont know if you could get the 5 for a real good deal i would but if not i think i would just go with the 4 inch

5" is way too big if you arent going to do any more mods ( ie. twins, etc.) You have to push alot of power to fill a 5" pipe. I think itd be a waste if you are going to stay near stock. just my opinion? I just finished putting 4" on my '95 4x4. It sounds so much better than 3".

Plus things get pretty tight by the heat exchanger and the frame (on the down tube). My 4 inch bareley cleared the coolant line and the frame. I can't imagine getting a 5 inch down there without mods to the pipe or that little coolant line. Kevin
