215hp P7100 question

Does anyone know at what rack travel or how much in a degree amount does the emission plunger retard timing? I have some statistics and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for comparison?

everything I've read says 21-21.5mm of rack, but if the barrels have ever been turned or the rack advanced at the back of the pump, this will obviously changed.

The retard starts at 13mm and continues until 21mm, this equals 0.1mm of LPC alteration for each 1mm of rack advance equaling a total of 4°.

I think my diesel shop told me that at 15.7mm is where my pump would start to cut fuel and timing so they custom ground a plate to stop rack trvel at 15.6. Now they didnt tell me any details about how much timing would change in relation so that info is new to me. Tim

The 12-13mm range of rack travel is the highest timing portion of the plunger, if at idle the rack travel is 9mm, then the static advance is 1° retarded at this point. For example: if the static advance is 15°, idle would be 14°, 12-13mm would be 15°, 15mm would be 14°, 17mm would be 13°, 19mm would be 12°, and 21mm would be 11°.
