2-3 shift automatic
Hello, first Time Posting On Here. Im Having Problems In My Trans. Shifting From 2nd To 3rd.somtimes I Have Rev It Up In 2nd And Then Lift Off The Throttle To Shift To Third, other Times Have To Pull Shift Lever Into 2nd, Rev Up And Then Shift Lever To Drive And Lift Off The Throttle, and Then Other Times It Shifts Normally.does Not Slip In Any Of The Gears.has 210,000 Highway Miles On It.is It Possible The Gov.pressure Sensor Is Bad,and If So Do You Have To Remove The Valve Body To Replace It?does Anyone Have Pictures Or Instructions To Do This, also The Ground Speed Sensor Where Is It Located?is The Gov.pressure Sensor The Same Thing As A Gov.pressure Soleniod? Thanks, Bill

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Governor pressure transducer and governor pressure solenoid are different parts with both mounted on vb and asseciable without removing vb. If replacing, look at metal and junk in pan. If magnet is size of black Krispy Kreem you are in for more expensive repair.
Thanks, for info dozer,i didnt see any metal in pan or on the magnet, the foam ring around it was about 2 inches across and didnt seem to have any metal in it.the fluid needs to be changed thats for sure.
