One of my batteries went bad and when i put a new one in the abs and engine warning lights are stuck on is there any way to turn these off? The only shop in town doesnt have a plug to hook there diagnostic tool up to the truck to turn them off that way.

Both should go off as soon as the problem is corrected. I would say there is still a problem somewhere, perhaps a ground?
