Thanks for the reply

Hey John, thanks for the reply. It’s hard to hear sometimes In the video. You can hear it pretty good near the end when I’m down by the oil pan. It actually will get even louder when it’s running longer. I wish I knew how to work on these things.

Sounds perfectly normal to me except for the bearing squeal, that will b getting worse, likely Alternator or tensioner pulley. Take the belt off and spin each to see which on is rough.

If you have good oil pressure, run it...........

I believe the tensioner pulley is the culprit. You can hear the noise a little better In this video. The engine is warmed up to operating temps. Rod or main bearing??

Do you still have good oil pressure?

I still don't hear anything bad going on.

Hey Pat, oil pressure by the dash gauge reads around 30 psi at idle and 40 psi at speeds. I assume this is a acceptable oil pressure. I’m going to get a mechanical fuel and oil pressure gauge to verify though

I agree sounds pretty good based on the videos. The studder and smoke on free rev is not really anything to worry about, all about how it performs under load.

Yep, verify it but that's beautiful oil pressure......... You might check the valve adjustment, but if something is bad wrong, they usually don't hold together very long, these things run at some incredible pressures.
