Engine block heater cord location/mount

My 2005 2500 was involved in in accident where most of the front end was replaced. The problem is that the body shop could not figure out where the heater cord was mounted behind the grill and just left it dangling. I remember that it was mounted behind the grill but can't remember where exactly. Can someone please post a picture of where exactly the cord was mounted to include what the mount looked like?
Thanks in advance,
D

If you have a front end that looks like this, you could use a 110 VAC recepticle and mount it in the front.

If it was stock they just hang free.
There are several nice aftermarket plugs available, I got one from Geno's garage:

I took my block heater cord and extended it to the rear of my truck on the other side of the Trailer plug. Got the wire fro a local bog box store (12/2) extension cord outdoor type and the receptical from a marine store.
