Is the 3500 Megacab frame the same as the 3500 quad cab frame?

Is the 3500 Megacab frame the same as the 3500 quad cab frame?
Anybody have the difinative answer?

Not a difinative answer, but I have heard and read several things that all say it is based on the QC frame with a long bed.
