new clutch new transmission, clutch doesn't feel right
I have a 99 Dodge 2500 Cummins I just replaced the clutch and transmission and now the clutch pedal is really soft. The truck is drivable, it's hard going into gear when not moving but I think alot of that is the syncronizers, while moving if you push the pedal just a little bit it starts to slip. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like possibly needs new hydraulics, but tell us what clutch and mileage on trans, etc.
I have found that replacing the hydraulics with OEM or aftermarket parts is a good idea when doing the clutch...

It's a stock single disc clutch and a reman NV4500. I took the whole hydraulic system off and attempted to bleed it. It seemed to help a little but I never had any lines unhooked. I left the slave cylinder off for about a week and a half waiting on the transmission, could that have caused a problem?
