Can I clear 35s with a leveling kit?

I have never heard of a 1st gen "leveling kit"
Who makes it?
I would throw some SkyJacker front 2 inch springs in there if you want just a small lift.
I have run 315/75R16s on my White Crew cab 10 years ago, with NO lift.
There where on 8 inch wide rims and the rub just a little when turning and hitting a bump at the same time.
It has 6 inches of lift an 37x13.5R15s under it know, with no rubbing and some fender cutting.

I run 285/75/R16 (i.e., 33'') and have a little over a inch between the tire and the front of the fender, with no rubbing. My springs are original so there is probably a fair bit of sag.
When I get around to leveling the truck, I am planning on running 35s, at 2'' taller I do do not see any clearance issues.

37-12.5-16.5 with no lift with trimming of the fender forward and rear edges.
