Update: drove to town and back, 50 miles.. About 80% of the rear end noise is gone. If you are total **** you can still detect a rhythmic noise. Bought three Moog u joints and will install Wednesday. It is very decent now. I guess the soup I drained out wasn't doing its job. Wednesday will give me a chance to check the pinion nut. I'm totally surprised with this progress.

That's an excellent video. Thank you for posting it up. If I had a set of dummy bearings I wouldn't hesitate in doing one.

Mines a 92 d250. 4:10 gears. Having the same confusion at the parts place. So to clarify I have a dana 70 32 spline( axles held in with bolts). And not a chrysler 9.25??

A 9.25 doesn't have floating axles, you have a 70 axle to accurately identify the axle you can remove the cover and look at the information stamped on the ring gear.
Here's a picture of my 89'.
