power steering pump woes

To make a long story short, I have had issues with the power steering pump for my 2002, (it's the 3rd time this year, back out of the garage, and there's no brakes or steering assist) is it my bad luck to have had junk rebuilds bought from my local Dodge dealer or is there more to the story? where do I find something that will work longer than 3-4 months and then turn into a boat anchor? thanks in advance.

Not sure what your saying? You have replaced the pump 3 times?
If so, what was diagnosed as the problem?
Using Synthetic fluid?

Did you have brakes and steering before you backed out and then lost assist? Did it happen in cold weather only? Trying to get better understanding of failure to diagnois.
