I'm leaning towards the Van Aaken C3.1. The box is easy on the high pressure rail and doesn't exceed 26,000psi I believe. In cab adjustable with three setting. It's not a race box so not much of a gain at the upper RPM range but some very nice numbers right in the middle of the power band. And also reasonably priced.
You can see doug's dyno run with a C3.1 on a 555 here. http://www.nwbombers.com/membersites...C3_L1_dyno.gif

With the Ramifier, you are not limited to a preset levels (i.e level 1,2,3,4,5) The Ramifier has an in cab adjustablity. Think of the it like a stereo volume **** (0-100 hp) , you should be able to dial your rig in the best setting for your personal preference. Just my 2 cents

I have tried the BullyBog Power Pup downloader and the RAMifier. The RAMifer is in IMHO the better due to the adjustability and how smooth it is. The jury is still out as to mileage with the RAMifer, but if it is the same or better I will be very happy with it (I lost .5 to 1 mpg depending on setting with the powerpup).

If you get a RAMifier, I think you will be happy with it.

Does anyone have mileage figures (by hand, not overhead) for the SP box??

I think I'm holing out for the Edge A2 system. It was featured on Trucks! a couple of weeks ago. Box, monitor, GPS all in one! I wonder if it can change speedo calibration for bigger tires... I think I'll send them an email.

I just wish they would have put a little more thought into the in cab adjustment. I mean, yeah the EZ is a pain to pop the hood and move the jumper, but at least you know what level your on, how much HP your getting on that level, and is repeatable when going for max power with a stack. The smooth rotary dial of the new Ramifier will always leave you guessing as to where your at and how much power your getting via pressure, and I would think it would be just plain luck if you can stop it on a repeatable location each time you move it. If they had used a rotary dial with audible clicks or "positions" and provided HP numbers for each position, that may have made this "the" pressure box to have. When I heard the Ramifier was now adjustable I was hoping this was the way they had gone. Maybe Don M's "Igniter" pressure box will be setup like this when it is released.

I also was thinking seriously abaout the Ramifier but after seeing the new edge on trucks I can't decide. Does anyone know how or have experienced stacking edge products with the ramifier.

You should ask Dennis Perry about stacking w/ edge and ramifier.
