It should, if you look in the sticky I think it is recommended that you go to a Volkswagon dealer to get that anyway, alot cheaper from what understand.

So what is the difference with this one, it does not use a rubber seal? looks the same to Me.

It will work fine. I bought three off ebay for 27$. I posted an thread with the vw part #, but vw and the dodge solenoids are IDENTICAL. They use the same seals and terminals. My only note would be that the rubber tip does not have the metal portion within it like you see from the sticky, so go ahead and take it down with a drill first before it goes bad.
