manual unless you want to spend 6k for and ungraded tranns right off the bat! auto will work but it will get wore out fast!

I agree completely! Six speed for heavy towing (at least till we can get the Aisin)

I pull 17k every day all day and have been doing it for 15000 miles or since the truck was new. not a single problem and the truck pulls it with ease

20,000k is a lot! Thats like 20,000,000

Just messin with ya buddy.

The auto seems to be a good auto, but the manual will give you more control.

How about the Cab and Chassis model with the Aisin 6spd auto?

See I am not the only one saying 6 speed manual. I didnt listen these people and I paid out my butt to get back into a 6 speed.

The 6 speed is awesome for towing, it just sucks for driving down the highway whenever you are not towing.
