Seat cover for 2002 Dodge Pickup
Hope this is the right place to post this. I have a 02 Dodge(diesal 4x4) that I need a seat cover for the driver side. I never have had running boards put on it so I kinda slide out of it and now my seat is beginning to wear. I have bought two kinds at Walmart and they do not have a place for the seat belt to come through. It has vinyl seats. Do they make any that are fixed for the seat belts?
Any help would be appreciated. CAM

How much are you looking to spend? Usually the cheap ones from Walmart and autoparts stores are exactly that.......CHEAP! They don't fit worth a darn and rip extremely easy. Now there are some websites such as www.stylinconcepts.com or www.truckperformance.com that have seat covers that are specifically made for your exact seat. They fit great and hold up to a lot of wear. But they are quite a bit more expensive than ones from Walmart......but that's when it comes down to you get what you pay for. Hope that helps!!

These might be a little more than you want to spend but take a look.

Get the factory covers from your dealer. They are a truly factory fit and have the notch cut out for the shoulder belt.
I've had them since the truck was new and my seats still look the same as the day they were made.

I'll second Riversidediesel. We put Marathons on our '96 and they have been great. No sliding or movement and they fit like a glove. They require some time to install as they are a definite custom fit but I think they are worth the cost and the time. Put nylon in the back for the dogs and we just vacuum them once a month to look like new. Good luck.ry

Thanks
Thanks for all your help. Not real sure if I need to spend too much, but since I will probably have the pickup for a while I may have to.Should have done it when we first got it. Thanks again. CAM

I used http://www.precisionfit.com/index.php fit was great and like others it is hard to recognize them. I had to unbolt the bottom to put the bottom covers on.

i have a set of these http://www.hatchiebottom.com/ in neoprene that are mossy oak, and they fit really good. they are really high quality too. i get in it everyday when im filthy dirty, and they do everything that i could want. they are easy to clean, ie. i run them under the hose and let them air dry, and i havent had a problem with them yet, and with 12" of lift, i too sometimes drag myself up into the truck when my back is hurting, and no seams popping or tearing. and paid less then $100 i think for the 2 buckets.
