I have the race box and have had it on the low(60) setting for 3 weeks, the MPg is the same. I filled friday and switched to the 100 HP setting and wil see if I get any better mileage.

That seems reasonable. They say “up to” a 3mpg increase.
Here’s how I see it. I get 15mpg now, and for the sake of this discussion, I get 16mpg with the XZT. When I fill up I average 30 gallons at $3 a gallon. At 15mpg, my fuel cost per miles is 20 cents. It goes down to 18.75 cents per mile at 16mpg. I drive 50,000 miles a year (that is true).
At 15mpg, my fuel costs average $10,000
At 16mpg, my fuel costs average $9375
You will have paid for the XZT in about 24k miles. Your truck has relatively few miles on it as well, so mileage should increase somewhat over time as well.
What mileage were you getting before the XZT and which truck configuration do you have (signature)?

I installed one on a friends 06 a few weeks back. I would post the increase we seen on a highway mileage test but there are too many skeptics and nonbeleavers (IE hecklers) so I'll just say he got alot more than your posting.
city driving seems to be around the increase your posting.

Was getting 17-17.5 mpg with my XZT until I switched to synthetic oil. The last 3 tanks since the synthetic oil has been 18.3, 18.9 and 19.0 mpg. I hand calculate every tank. I have 32k miles.
