Check the rubber boots that connect the tubing from the Turbo to the intercooler, and the intercooler to the intake horn.
One might have popped off.
A simple hose clamp connection.
To prevent this in the future, clean both surfaces well, spary a little hairspray on the surfaces and secure them.
The hairspray will kinda help 'glue' the two together.

I cant seem to find a hole or anything and the hoses are still on but Im gonna look at them more tomorrow in the day light. is there any other sugestions???

I took the hose off from the turbo to the intercooler and found a crack but it wasnt all the way through and the cable thats on the turbo idk what it is but it was loose so I tightened it up and still nothin. The turbo is spinning but it is real loud whistling and whining noise.
