I know of a place in columbus, IN can flare 4". thats the biggest they can go. dont know if they can bend it. other than that you would have better luck just buying a kit. no place in Indiana can make something mandrel bent im sure. IF I had the money I would buy a pipe bender for big pipe

Like JWB600 said buying a kit is just as easy and you can have a local muff. shop install it for you if you dont feel up to the task.

I live in Middletown. All I'm wanting to do is remove my cat and old muffler to be replaced with a straight through type muffler.

the factory muffler is offset so you have to do some changes on it when you goto a straight thru muffler. the cat can be eliminated by a cat delete pipe. I had one end flared at the place in columbus for the delete pipe. place in franklin removed the muffler with a pipe. all this was close to 200. if you tow alot I would say for sure to get a muffler back on there. im not famaliar with middletown

Well the 5" exhaust came in last night. Took about 2 1/2 hours this morning to cut the old one out and slap in the new one. Man what a difference that makes in power and fuel mileage. I took my 2005 up the road after it was installed and set the cruise on at 80 for 20 miles up and 70 for the 20 miles back. It went from 17.1 to 25.3 up and from 25.3 to 26.7 once I slowed down to 70 on the way back. Now I know this is on my overhead so I'll just have to wait until my new fill up to see the actual change it made. Seeing as I just filled my both tanks (95gal total) it will be a good while before I know.
