Where can one find a good 2 or 3 gallon air tank that would mount on the side of the frame using U-Bolt clamps INSTEAD of drilling holes???

Friend incorporated one into his rear bumper. He used 6" round pipe,capped off the ends,installed a valve he could hook up to his compressor, and vola. He could pressurise the bumper and then had enough air to fill up a tire. Had a heavy duty bumper to boot.
